My husband took me here on a date. I like to eat something I’ve never had before that’s absolutely delicious. This restaurant got the bill exactly. I had winter noodle soup, it was beef and ramen with cinnamon in the broth. It was incredible. The noodles were perfectly cooked, the beef was tender and delicious. I never eat cinnamon with savory flavors and this was weird and amazing. We also ordered the gyoza (mine) and steamed dumplings (his). They were both amazing but the steamed dumplings were out of this world good. I could have drank the sauce.
The waitstaff was attentive without being annoying or rushing us.
Would absolutely come back here!

Bangkok on Franklin is a fantastic spot for authentic Thai food! We had a great experience enjoying their fresh and crispy spring rolls, flavorful drunken noodles, classic pad Thai, refreshing green salad, and deliciously tender Siam dumplings. The flavors were well-balanced, and everything was beautifully prepared. Plus, the staff was incredibly nice and welcoming, making the dining experience even better. Best of all, the prices are very reasonable for the quality of food and service. Definitely a must-visit for Thai food lovers!

Great atmosphere and wonderful food. At our table we had some food that was just incredible (highlight was the cinnamon dish), and only a couple items that were more "one note" (such as sweet and sour lomein). There was only one server for more guests than he ought to have been serving -- but he still did a good job being attentive to guests.
Overall: would definitely go back if in the area!

We had the Siam dumplings, spring rolls, Thai tea, crispy duck, and the Lana noodle soup, and everything was fantastic! The food was piping hot, our dishes came out at the same time, and Bao was a great waiter. He was helpful and knowledgeable about the dishes and checked in at good intervals. Overall, great experience and I would love to eat here anytime!

As a first time diner, I can promise you that Bangkok on Franklin offers absolutely delicious Thai food and thoughtful service!!! My wife and I will return without hesitation. Everything we ordered was delicious, and I’m excited to return to explore the rest of the menu. We both chose a curry based main and both were uniquely exceptional. Don’t forget to try the mango mousse cake!!!

Superb in every way. The atmosphere is very chill, decor is modern and vibrant. Drinks are delicious. The Thai sweet tea is a must try. Siam dumplings were succulent. Panang curry was to die for. I could eat it every day. Krapow was also very delicious. You can't go wrong with either. The guy running the show was working hard, making sure everyone was taken care of. The food came out fast and hot. Everything was so fresh. I highly recommend this place.

This place has become my go-to in Hagerstown for Thai food. Each time I have visited, I have ordered the papaya salad which has been consistently good. Today, I was out for a bike ride and considering the mid-day heat, I wanted something light. The salad was so on point! The lettuce was light and crisp, seemingly straight from the garden. Absolutely refreshing! I also had the Siam Dumplings which were also very good . I have to add that service has also been consistently very good, something I appreciate. Hence, the review.

I'm sure this place gets overlooked driving by, but I really like the inside look of the place. The crispy chive with dipping sauce appetizer was excellent and highly recommended. The yellow curry is yummy, though it was a little spicy for my taste, but i'd honestly get it again. Tom kah soup was fresh and consisted of a strong coconut flavor with some spice, and good. The whole meal was fresh and I recommend those new or familiar with Thai go here and try these menu items.
